@BritishGasHelp I've been on hold for two days trying to set account up for my new property. Its currently in housing association name, I need the supply in my name

@British Gas I've spent the last two days on hold trying to sort out switching the energy supply from housing association into my name, no one is helping, the housing association will not remove the disc from the gas meter until the energy supply is in my name.
