Eternal security is found in Christ, not apart from Christ. Our confidence is not in a doctrine detached from a Person; it is in the living Christ, who is able to keep, preserve, and perfect all who abide in Him. "He is able to save completely those who come to God through Him" (Hebrews 7:25). "He is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory" (Jude 24).

However, sonship does not abolish human responsibility. Becoming a child of God does not mean you cease to be a free moral agent. God does not save you by destroying your will. Love cannot be coerced, and covenant cannot exist without response. You still possess the capacity to obey or rebel, to remain or to depart, to persevere or to forsake.

This is precisely why Jesus repeatedly commands, "Abide in Me" (John 15). Such an exhortation would be unnecessary if abiding were automatic. He warns that branches that refuse to remain in the Vine wither and are cut off (John 15:6).

Paul echoes the same truth: "Continue in His kindness; otherwise you also will be cut off" (Romans 11:22). The writer of Hebrews warns believers against "departing from the living God" (Hebrews 3:12) and repeatedly calls them to hold fast their confidence to the very end.

The believer's security is therefore the security of abiding union, not independent immunity. Christ has never failed to keep anyone who remains in Him, and He never will. His grip is unbreakable, but Scripture never encourages us to let go of Him.

The New Testament holds two glorious truths together without contradiction: God is mighty to keep, and believers are commanded to continue. We must never magnify one truth by silencing the other.

Eternal security is not a licence to drift from Christ; it is the triumphant assurance that everyone who abides in Christ is eternally secure because Christ Himself is their Keeper.If your goal is to provoke theological reflection, this version strikes a firmer, more compelling tone while staying closely aligned with the biblical exhortations to persevere.

As a medical student, I clerked the sick before they went in to be prayed for . We did abdominal exams , checked reports , scans and after pastor would pray , many would be healed .

You will just be hearing “ OUT , OUT ! Come out of her ! Healed ! And holy commotion would erupt in the healing auditorium.

THE BOY WHO SAW LIGHT

For 13 years, Emeka lived in total darkness, born blind, unable to speak clearly or attend school. His mother had tried everything, but after years of disappointment, she gave up searching for a solution.

Yet, hope found him through a local Bible club, anchored by a passionate lady who exposed him to the Word of God. It was there seeds of faith were quietly sown.

During a recent Healing and Deliverance Service, something remarkable happened; Emeka began to walk out on his own. The woman who brought him erupted in tears and praise. The trial was over.

The Senior Pastor examined him personally. Emeka responded to movement and gestures, he could see. The congregation danced, shouted, and rejoiced. The Pastor sealed the miracle with a word of perfection.

What years of struggle couldn’t achieve, God did in a moment.
Emeka saw light at last.
What a mighty God we serve 🙏

Story time!

So the House we were living in started having some issues. Like the issues began to really bother me

So much so I had to tell chairman that we needed to do something about it. We were just trying to manage it like that

Literally about a week or two later, the Landlord sends us a message and says we need to move out because he has sold the house

Ahhhhhhhhhh

I started to feel bad. Like I was just feeling weird about the whole thing

The Holyspirit comes and says “but why are you feeling bad? I thought this place was giving you serious issues?”

As I thought about it I realized I wasn’t feeling bad because we had to leave the house because there were many things I wasn’t comfortable with

It was just the inconvenience of moving that made me feel uneasy

Holyspirit was like “what if this is my way of answering your prayer”?

Children of God, if you see the house options we saw when we started looking for a new place

Farrrrrrrrrr better new and crisp houses. In fact one of them was brand new.

We were just here managing because of the “stress of moving “

Are you following???

Sometimes the things we are crying about are answered prayers

Because it is taking you out of the familiar you are mourning a loss when you should be celebrating a deliverance

How many of us are in friendships and relationships that is causing you so much pain?

And you are using cellotape to patch what you should discard?

You prayed and prayed about something and the more you pray the more it fizzles out and you are fighting imaginary demons when that is the hand of the Lord bringing you out of Egypt

You were managing there eating Garlic and cucumber but God is saying I want to take you somewhere where you can eat milk and honey

This may not be for everyone

But just know that sometimes, somethings that you think is a loss is God showing you mercy

God knows that if He lives it to you, you will not move

So He affects circumstances around to move you

It’s called DIVINE INTERVENTION.

I pray for you today, may God affect circumstances in your favour

May God do for you what will benefit you in the future even though you can’t see it now
