We are currently undergoing a social enterprise training conducted by Rhi Zan from the Third Story Project, based in Yangon, Myanmar.

We were pleased to participate in this Domestic Violence Prevention stakeholder meeting organised by Nakawa Division, the very place where our organisation is headquartered. We believe in partnerships to amplify our work.

Our small office, located in Acholi Quarters, in the heart of the community we serve, remains a multi-purpose space, not only for our staff to do their work, but also for the #youth of the area to access free internet and computer literacy programs.

Last week, we wrapped up our participation in the CSO capacity-building workshops organised by @UNICEFUganda. We learned, unlearned, and built lasting networks to scale impact. We're eager to work with the UN and other CSOs to amplify our impact.

This is how things went during the community dialogue we had with the Nakawa PVAC cluster members, themed "Breaking Cycles of Violence: When Women Thrive, Children Flourish." Addressing gender barriers requires multi-sectoral collaboration.

In this month of the Women's Day celebration, we'd like to, in a special way, recognise the excellent leadership of our CEO, #CeciliaAlupo, under whose leadership we have achieved incredible milestones and are destined for even greater things ahead.

Last week, our team from the Prevention of Violence Against Children (PVAC) Nakawa cluster conducted a joint Monitoring and Evaluation visit in Mutungo and checked on our beneficiary groups. We don't take monitoring and evaluation lightly; it's deeply embedded in our work.
At #EchoHeartsFoundationUganda, we believe that nothing works without partnerships. We work with like-minded people and organisations, and put our project beneficiaries at the centre of change. This means we not only go farther and faster, but also tackle the real issues.
