6 months but Europe will force a deal to recoup on that money they committed. Europe is going to end up holding the bag on this one how much they can recoup on the minerals before us Russia and China get their hands on it. Ukraine is the pawn Europe and Bill payers AKA Central Bank wants the bang for the buck.
