@steven_9709 @cineworld We've been members of Unlimited for 18 years and introducing the groups was bad enough but restricting the ability to book elsewhere and pay the uplift is so disappointing. Are there plans to introduce this functionality in the future?

@cineworld I thought we could book cinemas outside our group online and just pay the uplift but it's not letting us do it? Why not? Really frustrating when the cinema is not local. @steven_9709

@cineworld But what a shame you can't book tickets in advance for a cinema in a different group without attending in person. I have been an Unlimited member for 18 years and feel pretty let down by this. You need to up your game @cineworld!
