Elon Musk is afraid of Talarico because he [Musk] has a lot of business in Texas. It has nothing to do with principles or programs; for Musk, it's all about the Benjamins.
3/ Musk needs to be specific, about what changed? What terms did Ukraine suddenly violate on the very day that Trump started to put pressure on Ukraine and eased pressure on Russia - or is that just an unhappy coincidence?
@TommySiegel Really sucks to have been concerned about the mainstream media for a while. I mean, I am Canadian and Postmedia has an inordinate market share and is owned by a US hedge fund. Conrad Black, bias, legit things to talk about.
@rgajr13@KenGardner11 I am calling him a liar, per your suggestion. Now you can ask me how many rockets I have built and I can tell you zero rockets and you can have a laugh, having verified the rocket-to-honesty metric you base your beliefs upon.
Elon Musk claims that Ukraine allegedly violated Starlink's terms of use and used the system on combat drones.
As someone who was inside the process at the Ministry of Defense, I can say with certainty that this is not true.
In February of this year, whitelists were introduced. Stationary terminals could be registered by both military personnel and civilians.
But for any satellite terminal to work while on the move, it had to be added to a special list and connected to the military Starshield system. Otherwise, no satellite communication terminals in Ukraine would work.
In other words, using civilian Starlink for drone missions was technically impossible. All drone missions that required satellite communication could only be carried out using Starshield.
We are very grateful to the United States and SpaceX for access to critically important satellite communications. Ukraine did not violate the terms of use.
So after saying that Starlink didn't throttle anything in Ukraine and he has no relationship to it, he is saying they did it because Ukraine violated TOS?
Spinning like a snake on a frying pan. Wtf
Every 100 or so pieces of gear I forget to unplug something while I am moving bits of chassis around and I inadvertently short something, usually blowing a fuse. Today I cleverly sent 120v AC through a 6.5v peak detector circuit, which it did not appreciate.
@thunderf00t The one from 7 years ago aged well - a cold gas gimmick with a few seconds of thrust, just like you demoed. Spot on except you underestimated how explosive it would be in the end re pressure in the air tank.
@HRHTish It makes sense. If you spend any time trying to appease a narcissist you will start to feel crazy, your immune system will falter as all self-love is sabotaged and the logical self-protective response is to avoid all potential narcissists, i.e. everybody, forever.
Humanist Putin just humanely launched around 20 humane ballistic missiles at Kyiv in the middle of the night. Any comments on the humanity of it all, @SEPeaceMissions?
