You know what's crazy? If you are a single person with a child in North Carolina and you make between $7k-$16k a year, you MAKE TOO MUCH to qualify for Medicaid.

I was stunned when I learned this.

& what's more: 4.5 million Americans would benefit from Medicaid expansion.
