@FidoSolutions I finally got through by phone, and they have assured me it can be mailed in. I still do not have answers as to why the store refused.

@Fidomobile why can't I get my Pixel 5 repaired? The repair request went through and said I could (I pre-approved cost), but the store location refused to send it in. Very frustrating!

@FidoSolutions They said that a broken screen was not possible to repair because it wasn't covered by warranty, even though the form online said it was possible and allowed me to pre-approve the cost of the repair. Ottawa, St Laurent mall.
