Hey @Converse, I've been wearing your shoes for 40 years. Very disappointed to see the quality has gotten so bad. I've got several pair that lasted 10+ years...this pair fell apart within 2. Sad to see an icon fall. #BlueSuedeBoos

@EmbassySuites TV in bedroom doesn't work. No channels available. No treats in suite as advertised when I booked. Ceiling in room had many water stains and parts missing. Window shades in both rooms are very tattered. Not so good.
