@PokeKidandDad@PokeTCGAlerts@SteeloAndKri I also agree. Not everyone who buys multiple is a scalper. Collectors do have a habit to keep an extra one for collecting.
@wewonbyalot@notcapnamerica Keith has always been about individual freedom and exposing systemic corruption regardless of what party is responsible. This isn't hidden, anyone can find interviews, recordings and articles about this.
And do any of you know who holds the record for the longest filibuster against the civil rights act? Granted it was 8 years before the act was eventually passed. That record stands with Strom Thurmond who was a Democrat in South Carolina. And what happened when the act passed in 1964, where again, he argued against it? He switched to the Republican party in September 1964 after the act passed in July of that same year.
In addition, the main guy who filibustered the act in 1964 was Robert C Byrd from West Virginia. He also has stated publicly for decades after that, that it was the biggest mistake of his life, denounced anything and everything he had previously gone a long with in his past and worked to eventually earn a 100% approval rating from the NAACP.
The passing of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was so significant that it really started the shift of politics to where we are today with Conservatives drawn more to the Republicans and Progressives moving toward the Democrats.
@Jin_AitM@LisaChance17@Rainmaker1973 If I am not mistaken there was also an issue with natural fresh water on the island which made it extremely difficult for native plants and wildlife to maintain their foothold on the island.
@grok@x_atarax@toronto_bill@Mericamemed This is actually the Santiaguito volcano eruption that took place in Guatamala on 4/20/2026. The article below shows a different angle from a safer distance and how lucky these people were. https://t.co/gbKgIudzdQ
While yes, it sucks that the government can and will do this, there are at least some protections even though they have the legal authority to do so. One being that they must pay "Just compensation" for a home that is seized this way. It is in the 5th amendment of the constitution. So the government isn't just stealing a home.
@ToaMichael@DAVIDNITKA@PSAcard Simple cert# lookup on the second card shows the # as being intentionally deactivated. It does come back to the same type of card but being deactivated to me indicates something is wrong.
@DiscussingFilm As much as this would be an interesting development. Ebay is worth over 40billion, Gamestop is worth just under 12 billion. It would be a giant undertaking and involve a lot of partners I think to get this kind of deal done.
@ggen5v@TMZ He's driving what appears to be a blacked out Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT. Pretty sure the electric version is the fastest, but judging by the giant exhaust in the back the vehicle, I would say it's the second fastest, right in line with the Lamborghini Urus SE Hybrid.
@wccftech Dude is literally trying to put DDR5 ram in a DDR4 motherboard. Anyone who knows anything about computers immediately saw this. That is why it doesnt seat properly and that is why you check this before you randomly try to upgrade.
@BigGreenEggs_@Jlconnell662026@MensHumor Very true, all I was saying is it wouldnt take 166 years to make 1mil if the 500 a month isnt spent. Again, I would choose the 1 mil and rather than put it in savings, I'd probably keep 200k aside and invest the rest. But that's me.
@Jlconnell662026@MensHumor In fairness, if that 500 a month went into a high interest savings, it wouldnt take 166 years... Probably more like 50-75 years.
I'd still take the 1 mill, live my life and save what I could.
You should probably read up on constitutional law and where it applies in regards to photos or videos on private property. Just because a business is open to public, does not mean you can record the employees and guests from within the business. The young lady who shut it down is absolutely justified in telling them they cannot record and that they need to leave.
