@FranklinH3000 Yeah but we get the same thing about Obiwan. So I think old for the species is a thing with force users but the species still has their natural age ranges. Yaddle is like 400 or something.
On the topic of C-3PO… it’s a color correction issue on the old films. He’s always had one silver leg (lower half). You can look at the old vhs (if you can get it) and it’s hard to tell but Lucas and others have color corrected the films since 77 and it’s just more obvious now.
@JillianMichaels great episode. Personal recollections:
Fruit of the loom has a cornucopia
“No Luke, I am your father”
Berenstein Bears (I have mine from childhood… they all say “Berenstain”…)
@ORG@LucolesLTDA I’ve upgraded many D7 sites, trust me… I know there’s more. At no point have I said otherwise and calling me out of touch, when I myself am still involved with this precise issue seems more like it’s you who is making assumptions. Maybe you don’t know what you think you know.
@ORG@LucolesLTDA Yeah this is one of my favorite interactions. It happens in the Drupal community too. People thinking I’m just a dev and that when I talk about real sites that I’m not maintaining any. Couldn’t be further from the truth.
@ORG@LucolesLTDA Not my lived experience man. You’re talking to me like I’m not out here maintaining sites like everyone else. I am. I have lots of sites. Plz troll elsewhere.
@ORG@LucolesLTDA Drupal’s security has generally been markedly better than all its competitors. And closed source zero-days are a dime a dozen. No software is perfect. You’d be dealing with worse just about everywhere else. Maybe you’d be blissfully ignorant of it, but that doesn’t help really.
@ORG@LucolesLTDA Dude. Simmer. I asked the obvious question. If you solved it and you’re so aggro about the problem, you don’t seem willing to solve it for another you. Seems like you’re upset with people just like you. Food for thought.
@ORG@LucolesLTDA I’m not even a little defensive here. 20+ years of Drupal. I’ve seen just about everything. My point is just that sometimes you have to scratch your own itch. Complaining about it never fixes it. Most open software is essentially in this same situation. So is most closed.
@ORG@LucolesLTDA The menu system does that just fine. If you architect your content badly, getting to every corner is going to suck. There’s kind of no two ways about it. At least there’s a db you could use. Being angry that free software doesn’t do precisely what you want is kind of cliche.
@BrightInsight6 hope you’re well, I’m a fan. I tried to have a very slow deliberate conversation with ChatGPT that I thought you might enjoy. Obviously it’s AI so ymmv, but its framing was interesting. This is kind of in the pyramid power plant idea space https://t.co/ZixO7UDUun
@Grummz 20 years of Drupal development here. I use Claude all day every day. It’s really good at matching the code style of whatever project it’s in. Its best work is indistinguishable from an experienced developer.
Drupal entities are too complex for AI to manipulate directly. So I wrote Entity Blueprint, a JSON interface for AI agents, with validation that tells them what went wrong and how to fix it.

@FoMaHun I ran into the topic of biorock recently. Wondering if you’re familiar https://t.co/z3YJhjuPBg
Makes me wonder about Baghdad batteries. Mythbusters got the right amount of voltage out of 10 of them wired in series… (around 4 volts)
This is some of the most exciting page-building work happening in #Drupal right now.
Tim’s next-gen builder: ✅ Works with Layout Builder ✅ Works on non-LB pages too ✅ Built on core foundations
The UX leap here is real.
Take 4ish minutes and watch 👇
I'm excited to introduce Plus Suite — a new open source Drupal page builder that reimagines Layout Builder.
It's Drupal-native, fully pluggable, and available now.

@obelisktoucher1@elonmusk Having read the book… I have a strong aversion to giving ANYONE the ultimate high ground in relationship to every point on earth.
#drupal who is picking sessions for #Drupalcon? There are competitive solutions to Acquia’s Canvas that have been ignored for two back to back American cons. Track chairs have an obligation to show the community more than Acquia’s narrow vision. The community can innovate too.
