We should be buying the art from living artists now and figure how to keep them in circulation or let them live untouched as works of art that will forever be accessible but not sellable. Is this a utopia or dystopia?

So I’ve been thinking about NFT Art and what happens to them once an artist dies. Grim but real. If nobody buys the work and not in circulation they get stuck in limbo? If the artist doesn’t pass on the rights to wallet they’ll be sold again?
