Happy World Environment Day! Today, we celebrate our planet and recognize the critical role we all play in protecting it. Let's commit to sustainable practices, reduce our carbon footprint, and work together to preserve the natural beauty and resources that sustain us.
First and foremost, forests are known as the "lungs of the Earth" because they absorb carbon dioxide and produce oxygen through the process of photosynthesis. This critical function helps regulate the global climate by reducing the levels of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere.
This year, we're open to collaborations that promote sustainability and youth empowerment through green skills development.
