@GNRailUK when are you going to fix the automated announcements on the north bound trains at LTP? This station does not have a short platform north bound - only south bound.
@greateranglia Trying to understand why being a weekly Season ticket holder I'm struggling with strike day refunds. I'm told to go to the point of purchase. In my case, on your web site via my GA account and loaded directly to my Smartcard in the GA app. How do I get my refund?
@greateranglia can you clarify please regarding my weekly season ticket. It's likely I'll not be able to commute LTP>HWN on Tues/Thur I'm assuming I can claim a refund for those days?
@greateranglia Can you confirm please. PDF timetable download from your web site suggests that 17:44 BIS > LTP 18:43 is running but it does not appear on the route planner.
@greateranglia Hi, thanks for getting back. I'm still not sure (if you keep only one service) you chose to keep the 19:07 over the peak 17:07 LST service - is the 19:07 well used from your passenger data? I'm impacted by 25 minutes every day!
