One mistake early SaaS founders make:

Giving away everything for free.

I almost did that with Memovoice. 😅

Fixed:

🆓 Free: 5 meetings/month, basic summary
⚡ Pro: Unlimited + full transcripts + action items

@yabsssai Yes, railway blocks the smtp ports nodemailer uses; which forced me to add a fallback mailing service(Resend) but it failed too, cause with Resend we can't send emails from a personal Gmail address through their API.

Every email solution hit the same wall. 🚫

I didn't switch hosting.

I built a dedicated email microservice
on Vercel instead.

Railway → handles everything
Vercel → handles email only

Constraint → cleaner architecture💯
