There was a misquote in one of the articles today. To be clear: the costs are *not* uncertain. $50k to leave someone unsheltered. $64k to shelter a family in a shelter in PDX. $75k for shelter + exit into housing. $52k to house someone for a year WITH in home services.

hello, appropos of nothing, i found my top 3 cities for soundcloud plays. I have some notes:

2. The other two cities are blurred but... i can.. just select and copy them anyway (?)
3. my top US city is Arlington VA (????) no offense. just confused

@allen_crenshaw @OregonianPol All apparently aiming for one market segment: professionals and couples with combined incomes well over six figures... i'm not sure how else they can justify all these 1br and 2br apartments that cost well over $2.5k or $3k with hundreds in additional utilities & fees
