This is only for total beginners:
1. Get a spy tool like Afterlib (they forgot to turn off their New Year's sale coupon – use it to save 20% with code "newyear").
2. Search for products on Afterlib that are currently being sold by multiple stores, each with at least 80 active ads in the ads library (to make sure there is enough traffic on one product)
3. Copy their product page and slightly reduce the price. If they sell it for $59, sell it for $49.
4. Set up a Google Search campaign and target a few different search terms that people would use after
seeing the product in someone’s Facebook ads. (don't use their brand name as keyword its to expensive)
5. Monitor the keywords, keep adding new ones, and turn off the underperforming ones.

Listing the products: Improve the images (Temu is a good source), add size charts (ask accurate sizecharts from your supplier), product description (focus on direct response copywriting) and titels (based on keyword research).
Store layout: When your store is live for 1 month, do your competitor research and grab the best elements from the best running stores (check their monthly volume with Similarweb for example). These are also the stores you'll grab winning products from.
Media buying: In the beginning it's easy to get to 1-2k per day doing the media buying yourself, afterwards focus on finding the right media buyer who is 100% dialed in with your store.
CRO: A/B test multiple things on your homepage, collection page, product page, cart slider etc to improve your cvr and get the revenue per customer up.
Pricing: If all the above points are done perfectly, double check the way you are pricing your products. If they are to expensive, you won't be able to compete in the current market. Decrease your prices and see how that affects your performance.
Killing Products: When certain products are underperforming or not getting any spend at all, sometimes it's best to remove the products. Also keep in mind that having to much products on a store isn't always good. Decreasing the amount of products when you are on a lower spend, is always a good idea. Amounts vary depending on budget per day.
