Elite day ⚒️
I do recommend it but if you already struggle with sleep it’s maybe not the best thing for you. It’s got a half life of 12-15 hours so it makes falling asleep a struggle but I’m really sensitive to caffeine and usually end up overthinking it and making it worse, sleep definitely as it recoverable but the amount of work you can get done and the feeling you get - it’s worth it a few times a week imo
He does have a sleep protocol that helps but I am yet to test - also seen that you can set your alarm 2 hours before you wake up, pop the pill then fall back asleep, once you wake up you’ll be wired going into it’s peak plus it’ll wear of 2 hours earlier
@hayasaka_aryan This guy had many chances to take out UBL or Al Qaeda before 9/11 going back to 1998 but policy and there was more “important matters” - not saying it’s on him but CTC mentioned the threat many, many times.
Stopped drinking multiple times for long periods, only recently I’ve looked back and noticed it’s net negative on my life.
I’m 22 and thought it would = making more money and feeling amazing both mentally and physically - but yeah ofcourse you feel great - but hardly leave the desk unless going to gym, meet 0 new people, no experiences and money just seems to flow when you’ve actually got something to work for and reap the benefits of the work your doing
@colejaczko Great take.
Just read a bunch of your articles on sub stack while I was travelling on the plane with no WiFi, love what you stand for. Keep at it
