@David_Beloved71 My Dr asked me if I wanted it. After I was done laughing I told her there's no way I will take an experimental vaccine that is being pushed under emergency use. I said I'd take my chances with the virus.
I am so frustrated when nutrition researchers continue to use the term low carbohydrate diet when the intake was 40%! This is much closer to a SAD diet and leads to more confusion and mistrust of the entire nutrition community. A low carb diet is <26%! Very low carb is <10%!
