my thoughts on #LUKA and his fate at the end of the series: an awfully long character analysis thread ๐งต because you better believe me when i say this man is alive but would seriously be better off dead

#ivantill rockband au where they'd only known each other for like a week before getting into a relationship. one of them is looking for a distraction after a nasty breakup while the other is just curious about how long it can last with a total stranger. 'what the hell, sure.'
till takes it a step further and introduces ivan to his mom. ivan gets obsessed with saying 'i love you'. it's super fake every single time but also weirdly addictive. everyone thinks they're crazy. they say they're doing it for the plot. and it somehow involves adopting a cat.
possibly the funniest experience i've ever had as a lesbian was when my sister's bf said smth super cheesy about their relationship and she looked him dead in the eye, pointed her finger at me and yelled "see? this is why she thinks we're hetslop!" while sounding genuinely mad
i used to think that making my own video essay about alnst would be useless because hey! youtube's already so full of them!! ๐ญ but since people are somehow STILL releasing such misleading content without any basic understanding... i might have to step in and get back to work ๐ซก
i wish alnst team would hire an actual human translator bc the newest ivantill piece already suffers from people's lack of basic media literacy and the automated translation makes it even worse. like what do you mean i see so many tweets missing the ENTIRE point of the story. ๐ฅฒ

@fromavalon45656 i don't think i get where your feelings towards mizi are coming from, sorry): she's obviously wretched by survivor's guilt and that's why she said it. i think her and luka share some very interesting similarities, but i would never agree on her always escaping the reality.
@fromavalon45656 whole scene in general. to me, it's a representation of their relationships and the fact that these have freed them from the sad reality of their lives. i think that the heavenly garden comic explains well why sua felt saved!+
