@CostaCoffee disappointing to visit a local store today for them to unapologetically not have any skimmed milk ( it’s the only type I can drink). Bit odd given that there’s a huge Tesco supermarket next door!

@morrisons your Kirkstall store was shocking today. Popped in mid afternoon to pick up a few bits. Took half an hour because of staff shortages on the self scans. Feel sorry for the staff having to be on the front line ..

@StarbucksUK can’t believe youre now charging £4.15 for a latte- nearly a pound more than costa! Had to wait 20 minutes for a take away order at the horsforth leeds branch today too. Staff seemed disinterested and disorganised. Disappointed
