@dave_mcpartlin the difference already. The ISI has lots of documents that is there to to support you and give you guidance that was non existent with Ofsted.
The new ISI framework from Sept 23 looks great as well. ISI have webinars to give details about that framework to train school leaders.

@dave_mcpartlin I’m the headteacher of an independent Christian school and we have been inspected by Ofsted for many years and have felt the same way that state schools feel about Ofsted. We have just transferred to ISI from Ofsted, we haven’t been inspected by ISI yet but we can feel
