All your problems are in the mind. What happens if you experiment and start watching your mind? This is how you create a gap between the watcher, you and the ongoing thoughts.
The problems are in the form of thoughts. Everything in the world, even your personal limited existence is a thought.
Be still and know yourself.
See what the mind says right in this moment. Know it is the past.
Mind always talks in the language of the past.
While you are always present - witnessing those thoughts, right in this moment.
Watch the voice in the head and see it has no meaning in reality.
Nothing has any meaning. No story that the mind plays has any meaning.
No word has any inherent meaning. You know your emptiness/nothingness. You abide in Truth. In Silence.
You don't seek anything other than your own Silence. You realise 'I AMness' - in this moment. This is true fulfillment.
Take a deep breath. Take out a moment for yourself and see how do you feel within yourself.
Relax the body and realise you are here and now. There's nowhere to reach, nowhere to get to.
This moment is reality - not the future.
To enjoy this moment all we need is to rest in the now. Be silent within and see that this moment is complete. It needs nothing else.
If there's any resistance to rest in the present moment - look at the resistance and see it's futility.
Your well-being is important than anything else in the world. Don't you deserve peace?
Ofcourse you do. So just see how humanity is running after illusionary happiness in the future.
While reality is happiness lies when you are peacefully present in the Now. Just accepting, just being yourself as you are.
Not chasing or seeking because society had told you to do so. You are the ruler of your mind, of your life. Realise this.
Accept everything as it is in the present and see - you actually want nothing.
Can you see people without their story? Can you see things without adding any meaning?
Can you be silent within and look without any past?
Be like a child, ever-fresh - embracing what is. This is freedom.
More wealth, more seeking is not the solution to the inner lack we feel.
To understand that the present is perfect one needs to let go of the past, all the knowledge, everything that the society told us to do.
On seeing this moment - without any words, inner mental commentary - we find it's complete.
Only because a thought comes that says - "this moment is not enough, it requires something else to make me fulfilled," that's the underlying, unconscious thought.
That's why we succumb to seeking something else, something more.
In reality, seeking is not the solution. Being is.
Realising the Being dimension within you. How do you do that?
Just realise - anything you do on the level of the world cannot fulfill you, that's when you see you are always at peace and one with Life.
Truth is - we don't need anything else, the future. Just stop believing the mind, start watching it as a witness. Fulfilment is here, right now. Not in thoughts, words or anything you think.

Unconscious people are fighting among themselves.
They see others as their enemy - they use hatred to become "better" than others.
Until and unless we find shortcomings in ourselves, we will keep projecting that onto others. We see the mistakes of others but never our own.
This is how the ego survives.
When you truly forgive yourself and others, when you start accepting this moment as it is, you allow others to be as they are.
You don't judge. You be still and understand. Without any past. Without any story.
This is how you can touch true life - for it is beyond the right and wrong offered by the mind.
Seeing our own unconsciousness without any inner commentary - that's freedom.
Past has no power over the Presence that you are.
In reality, you don't need anything for happiness.
Nothing that the companies want you to buy.
Just this understanding is enough. That says, you are free right now.
Don't believe in any mind story. Any words.
Look at your direct experience - and see you have no form, what desire can you have?
The world needs more of presence.
By being in non-resistance, by being in complete acceptance of what is now - you are present.
In this presence, you have the ability to see what is now.
You realise - you don't need to get to the future. This moment is enough. You don't need a heaven when you have a moment like this.
Awareness of this moment, awareness of the mind words - is freedom. You are not judging, you are being present with what IS.
Don't believe any story, don't attach to anything that the mind offers.
This is not resistance - this is unconditional acceptance of the mind, of what is here and now.
No story is greater than you are.
Human mind works on time - past and future.
It says - "How can I get this or that." It wants you to accumulate stuff and be happy. But unfortunately that's not how happiness works.
Happiness is right here - where you are totally present and you feel grateful for what's here.
It doesn't lie in the future. It doesn't lie in any event of the future.
Being who you are is how you can actually invite happiness in your life. By not resisting yourself in this moment - simply accepting who you are. Loving yourself completely.
This self-love builds a healthy relationship with yourself. You no longer want anything else. Just this, just Now.
Here and only here can you find fulfilment. When you are not seeking happiness - you are truly happy.
Don't take the mind too seriously.
Let it say things about people, places and situations.
Let it say anything at all, anything random. Don't judge.
Just watch. You are a watcher of the mind.
Now - whatever it may come up with - you can watch, right?
Just do this within you. There's nothing else to do in the spiritual path.
Knowing that the mind is not you, and what it says or what it presents is not yours - is true freedom.
All efforts to reach anywhere else is futile because you are actually missing this moment to get there.
We assume that moment is better than this moment.
That moment, that accomplishment is better.
In reality, it doesn't matter. So to improve the life experience, we can always choose this moment and allow it to be - as it is.
Don't try to change it in any way. You don't need to go any where. Just be here and now. You'll realise - it's enough to be in the now.
Suffering means chasing that moment. While wisdom is knowing this moment contains life. Real life.
Anything that the mind says within you - is not true.
It's just a perspective which you can let go of.
Thoughts are just stories. Give up believing in any story.
Stories have no place in the newness of the now.
That's it, be silent this way. This is your home, this is true healing.
By not believing the mind - you stop the mind as you see it losing its power.
No matter what is seen - what you see through the mind - it is not you.
Let's say - you look at a person sitting next to you - is the person you?
No, because you don't have any story like that added in the mind.
You don't think that person is you. Because there's no story like that given to the mind. There's no story that says - "I am that person."
Instead, what you believe is you are separate from him/her. Right?
How did this belief come into existence? Because of your past. Someone told you in the past - you are different from the world around you.
This is a story narrated by the mind based on the past knowledge you were given.
Now - look at the story as past. There's a story added to your mind. In the past.
You are not that story, you only believe that story.
That story makes you identify with external things and the world.
Remove that story - and you are free right now.
Believe no story - that's the shortest way to enlightenment.
That is, be still within and have no interest in entertaining the mind with past stories. Here's your freedom.
Be so present that you see past is not here at all. Everything you think is actually the past.
You can't think about the present moment.
You can only experience it, be in this moment.
Thinking happens because you think past is real right now. It's not. It's actually not.
What's happening in the present - is the only reality.
What had happened in the past - is a dream form, is a thought you are thinking right now.
See thoughts as thoughts. See past as past.
Be fully focused on the present - you'll see nothing stays the same but You - formless and unlocalized One.
You can't pin-point saying here you are - because you have no form, no name and no specific space or time.
See the past as past and you are free.
