We paid for a higher fare class when we booked this trip two years ago and have been told we need to speak to the manager at the gate. But despite him being asked to speak to us, he has spent an hour rearranging stands for the queue and completely ignoring us.

We were on a flight from Rome to Paris yesterday that was 25 minutes late arriving to the gate in Rome, then when we got to Paris, the plane parked one meter short of where the jetway could reach so we had to stand and wait an additional 15 minutes.

@jimmyfallon 1986 2-door Mercury Lynx. Three-toned shades of blue from various replacements panels from accidents. Driver side door had to be secured with a bungee cord to stay closed. No power steering. Ran it to 300K miles and got $25 from the junkyard. 🤣#MyWorstCar
