@PHLAirport do better. I landed from an international flight and the restrooms in customs are worse than most undeveloped nations. Three sinks fully clogged and over flowing. Half the toilets broken. This is how you welcome people to the US? Let alone this great city? Do better
@Hertz absolutely horrible customer service at the Richmond airport from your Hertz team. As a gold club member, I expected much more when I asked to retrieve a belonging I had left behind in the car. Instead of returning it to me they told me I had to go online now.
