🏆 The World Cup Round of 32 is nearly set - but who plays who?
Who do England get if we finish 1st/2nd? Who will play Spain and Portugal? Which 3rd place teams will go through?

@simmo8787@TacticallyMatt No because at the end of those 3 years he probably leaves as a free agent. Need to start operating like a business and signing players who will have resale value (like we have done with Ndiaye)
@mrgug10@ScoutTom_ Hopefully with our key players on long contracts (Ndiaye 3yrs left, Garner/KDH/Branthwaite all 4yrs) we don’t need to sell this window. But ultimately we’ll need to sell either for PSR or to avoid players leaving for free. Being able to hold onto your best players is a luxury
@mrgug10@ScoutTom_ Garner won both player and players’ player of the year, and his only experience of senior football prior to joining us was in the Championship. Whilst these signings may take a year or two to settle, in the long term they undoubtedly have a greater upside.
@ElBobble Wildddddddd seeing these replies. He has made 3 errors tops all season. Hes one of the most solid defenders we have ever had. He isn't Baines he doesn't take free kicks and corners but some baddddd disrespectful stuff here. He definitely deserves his spot.
Must win against a side with very little to play for. Go back in front on 47 minutes. Response?
2.1 xG conceded
6 big chances conceded
34% possession
69% pass accuracy
2 completed progressive passes by central midfielders
Top work
You can argue whether Moyes will ever take Everton to that next step, but you can’t deny he brings stability
We’re only dreaming of European nights because he got us out of mess. IMO, this club still needs a few years of prioritising stability. It’s easy to forget how BAD it was
@G_mble9 If Branthwaite wasn’t injured, I think we genuinely should have been considering it. It would almost certainly end Barry’s Everton career on the spot though - no coming back from a CB taking your place.
@FollowEverton Not defending Delap but his appearances have mostly been off the bench. 11 starts and 962 minutes played, compared to Barry with 19 starts and 1678 minutes played.
Players with 20+ goals in a top-flight season:
Brentford 3 in past 4 seasons (Toney, Mbeumo, Thiago)
Everton 1 in past 40 seasons (Lukaku – previous was @GaryLineker in 1985-86)
