@Matt_Pinner He helped Russia invade Ukraine by allowing Russia to complete the Nord Stream 2 pipeline. Which he was warned not to allow Russia to complete due to the prior administration knew Russia's plan. Which was use it to fund the invasion of Ukraine which is exactly what happened.
