One important things i learnt so far is the consistency. This will help my local community and Nigeria as a whole.

@mr_jerrycream I've always loved working with you. The flying fence part cracked me up sha (especially knowing the story behind it).
You've made your point clear enough and I love to see it.
You remain unstoppable my man!
P.S: Thanks for my aṣọ ọdún 🤣. It even came in my favorite colour.
2022 has been hard and challenging, but I have learnt more about myself, my values and my capabilities this year. I totally get that some people want to dismiss and erase many part of this year , but I urge you to look deeper and find the Value, lessons and growth from them so ..
This is to my fellow Veterinarians.
I know you are working hard but please prioritize your mental health too.
Do not survive in a toxic environment. Leave, fire, don't guilt blame yourself , set boundaries, put yourself first and take time to rest.
Stay heroic 🩺 #vettwiter

“Don’t be fooled by what they say. For that day will not come until there is a great rebellion against God and the man of lawlessness is revealed—the one who brings destruction.”

I totally understand that transitioning from uni into practice (like myself ) or moving from one job to another, you will feel uncertain as there are unknowns, there are skills that need to be developed, so stepping into that situation feeling confident may be one step too far..
Straighten up your scrubs, Looking at the notes, Walking into the consult room, Getting a history. Just set an intention for taking the first courageous step, it will get you moving forward & each step is a little mini burst of courage that will lead to confidence and competence!
A step that you can take is to step into the situation with the most courageous version of you!
But the key thing to know as my mentor says is…. "What is the very first smallest step you can take?".. What is the first action you need to do:
Your word for the week… INTENTION!
When you don’t have the skills or the knowledge yet, when you don’t have the competence or confidence yet, there is one word that I use in those situations to help me get through .. that is COURAGE..
