Great for the past but have to be futuristic at this point. We’re maybe a couple years away from self driving. Grid streets are perfect for Cyber Cabs. Starlink primary inter provider. Way cheaper and faster to implement. The local walkable/bikeable human scaled will be focus.

French quarter should have more pedestrian only zones/hours.

@steppedenizen @dfossier It’s all wasted. Simple 50% across the board to start. Sewerage, water, trash are paid direct anyway. 2013 budget was half of 2026 budget. Start at 2013 for a year. Then keep cutting. No value has been added by JP government since then.
