Why bother fighting the conditions we can't control? Your power is in the 2nd part of the equation. Accept conditions... as they are. Focus instead on believing in YOUR ability to cope.
[2/3] Here are a few affirmations you might try saying to yourself when you feel anxious. (Always say in the morning before your day starts)
✅ I am in control of some parts of my day.
✅ We're getting the hang of this.
✅ I set reasonable expectations on myself and
others.

✅ We’re all doing the best we can with what we have.
✅ This situation isn't dangerous; only a little inconvenient.
✅ I owe myself time tonight to recharge.
✅ Things are hard before they're easy.
The cool part about being under pressure is that it gives you the urge to shift your priorities in positive ways. Powering through these next few weeks will require a clear head. How might you adjust your daily checklist to create that clarity?
