Below is the formal, data-backed petition addressed to the Chairman of the Board, Dr. Donald Kaberuka, which will be delivered in person to the corporate headquarters at Two Rivers Office Towers.
We explicitly expect a line-by-line accounting of these systemic issues during the upcoming institutional earnings call.

I have been suspended from the @Senate_KE for three sitting days for REFUSING to withdraw the word “yapping” in describing the President’s ROADSIDE declaration on undocumented immigrants.
I respect the Chair, but I will not surrender the constitutional duty to speak truth to power.
Article 135 requires PRESIDENTIAL decisions made under the Constitution to be in WRITING , SEALED and SIGNED. A roadside utterance cannot acquire the force of law simply because it comes from the President.
If calling out UNCONSTITUTIONAL governance is punishable, then the greater danger is not the word “yapping”. It is the growing intolerance for accountability.
Three days outside the Chamber will not silence me. I will continue to defend the Constitution and the Kenyan people. https://t.co/PkvYwrBgq5
In 2012 Centum CEO James Mworia @MworiaJ was caught with his pants down when he sold his shares, days before declaring a profit warning
He then went to the Businessdaily offices at Nation Centre, with his personal bank statement; claiming that he sold to pay a loan.
A fraud will always be fraud!
Centum CEO cuts his ownership by more than half - Business Daily https://t.co/2jfp47P2Qk
This is how James Mworia announced Centum Exit from Sidian bank on March 12 2026.
The word then was "sale to result in modest financial gain"
Today, businessdaily is reporting that Centum actually lost Kes. 300m+ on this investment.
Is this a clear misrepresenration of facts by a listed company?

Meat is becoming more expensive with each passing day, and the same goes for mayai. It feels like there is some hidden inflation that isn’t being fully captured in the official data.
