@NgabaCletus@FullTime90X It was simulation which can actually be a card for Fathy. Players are constantly pulling themselves. You are not allowed to dramatically fall like fathy did for a light pull. That’s simulation (the formal term for a dive)
@mo_se_sendi@True__citizen@online_jus43996@RefereeC21621 Maybe soft is not the right word but he is correct by fifa official rules. After a successful tackle, unless the trip is a DANGEROUS one, it’s not a foul. So basically the defender would have to be using studs or wrapping the leg etc. This trip is “soft” by the rules
@paveliwaszkiew1@globalatlasusa@LakeShowYo Official fifa rules, a trip after a successful tackle is not a foul unless the defender is being dangerous like studs up. Use your brains. Should a slide tackle never exist because a defender is guaranteed to trip the attacker after getting the ball? Grow up
@ricardoabrazil@globalatlasusa@LakeShowYo Official fifa rules, after a successful tackle a defender is protected unless they do something dangerous like using the studs. The people whining about this are just whining for whining sake
@dddwt0818@globalatlasusa@LakeShowYo official fifa rules. A trip after a successful tackle is not a foul unless the defender is acting dangerously eg studs up. Grow up and let be it be. Evypt bottled. that’s all
@WUSLebronTCG@globalatlasusa@LakeShowYo Official fifa rules. A trip after a successful tackle is not a foul unless the defender is acting dangerously. This has never been a foul in football. Grow up
@Neotron_Horxen@AbsoluteMxssi Area of influence does not exist in soccer rules. It’s last touch. Once the defender touches the ball, it’s a loose ball situation untill someone re-establishes control by touching it.
@HyuriLFC@AbsoluteMxssi Once the successful tackle got in, it’s a lose-ball situation until someone re-establishes possession. In this case the defender did
@Officialintell2@FergiesRightRef@UtdMaI No. It was a soft pull. This was changed when the anti-simulation rule was introduced. In the penalty box, you can’t go down to a soft pull anymore. It not a penalty anymore because for a soft pull you have to simulate the fall (act like you’re dying). And thus the rule
@Burkey_43@UtdMaI No. This was changed when the anti-simulation rule was introduced. In the penalty box, you can’t go down to a soft pull anymore. It not a penalty anymore because for a soft pull you have to simulate the fall. And thus the rule blocks you.
@fatey263965@8bdrssss It was not called because of the anti-simulation rule. The pull was light. The player should not be falling like that. Simulation rule is not often enforced outside the box. But it is strict in the box. can’t be falling like Thanos punched you for a pull
@tech4_n32635@UtdChulo Dude the defender clearly poked the ball out. It was not a stamp else salah would have been in pain on the ground (cleats have these things call spikes). Salah got up without fuss and moved on. You are just yapping to yap. Only a studs up tackle would have make pen in that case
@Moh_Amin10@a_derll You can literally go look at simulation rule online. If you go down too soft in the penalty box, it it. ot called. If you exaggerate, then you get a yellow card. In that situation, that amount of pull doesn’t justify going down the way the attacker did
@japanismyfav@UtdChulo Do you have eyes? The defender poles the ball. Salah just tripped on the defender AFTER he got the ball. If you know anything about football the only way a penalty is given in that situation is if the defender had stud up which negates a tackle
