Trying to log in to get my tax rebate and every time I try to reset password I get error "Enter a different user ID - the user ID you've entered does not match the password you've asked to reset" which is 100% not true. I only have one user ID! Please help...

This time yesterday, trying to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday when her plane was due to land from a fight for work. Due to the 5 hour delay she never got her surprise and I didn't get to see her on her birthday. Dissapointing evening😔
