Today I looked at LGPE's Cerulean Cave, where you can find Master Balls and extra fossils.

Walking 256 steps makes every spot try to respawn. Each spot has a different rate (15%-90%). I believe items also respawn at midnight (or date skip).

Master Ball is 1/301!

The last runner for the Treasures of Ruin race is another longtime PSR runner eddaket! Eddaket ran Let's Go at SGDQ 2019 and is one of only two to ever hold both Let's Go Any% records simultaneously. Before speedrunning, eddaket was a big fan of competitive guitar hero!
