$ETH: For the first time ever, ETH has a larger position size than BTC in my portfolio. In previous cycles, ETH represented only around 10% of my BTC and ETH portfolio. Last week, I increased it to 20%. Today, I am raising it to 60%. Read that again: for the first time in my entire trading history, I will hold more Ethereum than Bitcoin for this cycle.

For this cycle: 60% ETH and 40% BTC. The largest Ethereum bet I have ever made. Either this will become one of the greatest allocation decisions of my career or one of the craziest. I am betting on the first. The exact reason for this positioning, the report and idea will be shared in the right moment.

That's lower than the COVID crash (8) and even lower than the 2018 bear market bottom (11).

The major capitulation has already taken place.

The Clarity Act is ready for a full Senate floor vote.

The bill represents a true bipartisan compromise with thousands of hours of work on both sides, and it couldn't come at a better time. The status quo in the U.S. isn't working. There's no federal framework, so bad actors like FTX can harm U.S. customers and much of the industry has gone offshore totally outside U.S. purview. This bill fixes that with strong consumer protections, real tools for law enforcement, and a path for America to lead in this industry.

Crypto can't be uninvented at this point, so whether you love crypto or hate crypto, you should want clear federal laws. And it's also simply good politics: 70% of American voters say the U.S. should have already passed comprehensive crypto legislation.

Bears have gone quiet as Bitcoin successfully reclaimed the weekly MA200 and is now approaching the Green Line. In my opinion, a confirmed breakout above the Green Line would open the path toward the $80,000 region as the next major target. The Green line is located at $66,200! The Indicator is a Monthly one, so a monthly close above the Green line is required, however several daily closes above it will be a great sign for me!

Even if Bitcoin gets rejected at the Green Line initially, I would not consider that a problem. In that scenario, I expect price to consolidate sideways between the Green and White Lines before eventually breaking above the Green Line.

Whether the breakout happens now or later, a confirmed move above the Green Line remains my primary expectation, and I have positioned myself accordingly!
