@middletonjbm @RBWM I completely agree Joe, it's an absolute joke that tax payers money is being spent on trying to stop a cycle cafe accepting cyclists ! Don't @RBWM have proper issues to deal with in the borough rather than putting resources at trying to push a local business towards closure !
