Today, @hedera joined a coalition of over 200 organizations urging Senate leadership to bring the Clarity Act to the floor without delay.
The bill passed the Banking Committee with bipartisan backing and would establish clear rules for digital asset markets, strengthen consumer protections, and ensure American competitiveness.
It’s time for Clarity.
Networks without world class AI & quantum security aren't just behind, they're exposed. The Zcash vulnerability is a preview. This was the discussion last week at the Louvre, Paris @proofoftalk event. Best in-class tech is what @hedera is all about. Building for this moment.
I just finished watching @thehbarbull latest video about Hyperliquid, and I'm honestly disappointed.
While Brandon does a great job explaining the difference between perpetuals and true RWA ownership, the alarming claims he makes about Hyperliquid, even comparing it to Terra Luna, are completely pointless.
By no means this is a personal attack on Brandon.
After meeting him in Miami, I'm pretty sure these conclusions come from a lack of understanding rather than bad intentions. Brandon is a great professional and a genuinely kind person.
But as the founder of @HBankCash, a protocol that leverages both @HyperliquidX and @Hedera, I feel the need to address some of these claims because I find them misleading.
Suggesting that Hyperliquid is "the next Terra Luna" simply because it offers exposure to price action through synthetic instruments rather than direct ownership shows a fundamental misunderstanding of perpetuals as a financial product.
Futures, options, and other synthetic instruments have existed for decades and collectively represent markets worth hundreds of trillions of dollars.
Hyperliquid didn't invent synthetic markets.
What Hyperliquid successfully achieved was bringing them on-chain through a purpose-built L1 that provides transparency, self-custody, and verifiability in a way traditional markets never could.
Their infrastructure has already survived some of the most extreme market conditions crypto has ever seen, including attacks specifically designed to break the protocol.
Also, during the largest liquidation event in industry history (10/10/2025), Hyperliquid continued operating while competitors struggled.
If that didn't collapse the protocol, I genuinely don't understand what hypothetical scenario people think will.
Brandon also calls Hyperliquid a casino.
Well, this "casino" has already been responsible for price discovery in markets like oil and silver during weekends when traditional markets remain closed.
This "casino" is enabling price discovery for pre-IPO companies like SpaceX.
And this "casino" caught the attention of Jeffrey Sprecher, Founder and CEO of ICE, owner of the NYSE, who recently stated:
"There may be some overlap that we can work together on."

Not exactly the type of comment you'd expect about a protocol that's supposedly one step away from collapse.
What's even more interesting is that people talk about Hyperliquid as if it's only a perpetuals exchange.
Even though perps drive most of the volume today, Hyperliquid's order book already supports:
• Spot markets, where users can own the underlying asset directly.
• Prediction markets, allowing users to trade real-world outcomes similar to Polymarket or Kalshi.
This is precisely why at HBank we're building with BOTH Hyperliquid and Hedera.
Not because one wins and the other loses. But because they solve different problems.
Hyperliquid is building the most efficient permissionless markets in crypto.
Hedera is building institutional-grade infrastructure for tokenization and compliant finance.
The future isn't Hyperliquid vs Hedera.
The future is Hyperliquid + Hedera + CLPR.
And that's exactly what we're building for. 🫡
@BTCMilk@gib_plz@Crazielabs Have you considered that literally no one gives a fuck about it?
Just another money making/engagement farming scheme from a team that has several unsuccessful projects
@XrpMaverick777@hashpack@hedera I’ll be real with you, you fucked up.
I know it hurts to hear, but this is on you.
You clicked a link that is quite obviously a scam.
I know it sucks but blaming others won’t help.
Hustle hard and you’ll make it back, and more.
Good luck brother.
The first time this happened people could chalk it up to a "lucky" day.
The second time could still just be a fluke.
This is now maybe the 7th or 8th time that @deadpixels_club has had 24H volume that rivals the biggest, most well established collections in the world, all of which are on $ETH.
This is no longer a coincidence, a "lucky" streak, or chance- the biggest NFT collection on @hedera is clearly doing something right.
Hop in the discord if you want to learn more: https://t.co/T3QacvAu1R
Also, peep the floor price, a small fraction relative to what it's "peers" on $ETH are trading at...won't always be the case...
The @deadpixels_club are pulling impressive attention, excitement & volume, and they haven’t even introduced some new things they have been working on yet!👀
The dead are rising👻...What a time to be haunting Hedera!🔥
@ImminentSea You have been saying this since like 2m mc. Done a 3x since then.
A broken clock will eventually be correct.
Also most of the volume is still on the dex so looking at CEX order book is fucking retarded
