@ScotRail I had a problem when trying to download the new app and your lovely social media guru’ s Paul and Lewis helped guide me through it and how to navigate the problem to finally get the new app and icon. Thanks lads !
@ScotRail Well thank goodness for your help with this situation and really complicated way of getting the icon. Finally I can book tickets through the app instead of going through other apps.
Thanks Lewis and Paul for your patience with me.
@ScotRail Have tried several times to make your new app work for me but still having problems. It doesn’t recognise my password and requires resetting by “forgot my password “ pressing it takes me to a new page with “ 410 gone” on it. . This app is a nightmare to navigate.
@ScotRail Ok have done that and it takes me a a download page, I clicked it on it takes me to the next 2 steps ( see pics) but it doesn’t seem to leave me an app link on phone
@ScotRail having updated my app as your email suggests and logging in again, password not accepted. Went through the process of getting a new password but then not accepted and then your app crashed.
@CrossCountryUK I had a booking with seat reservation for next Tuesday 28th 09:30 Dundee to Leeds, but have had to change my date schedule to 09:30 Friday 31st. Have been told I don’t have a seat reservation now. Are there unclassified seats still in some of your carriages ?
@DundeeCouncil@dundeewestend can someone in the environment department explain to me why its so bloody difficult for the cleansing team that emptied my bin 20 minutes ago, to padlock the same bin they unlocked 20 minutes ago at 24 Baxter Street
@DundeeCouncil@dundeewestend 24 Baxter Street. When is the environment department going to learn to “LOCK THE BINS“ to help with recycling .
This has been happening for months now
