@stuarthalton Rather than slagging off others, why don’t you get your own house in order? How can you pretend to be ethical as the brand manager for a company that is refusing to fulfil orders made weeks before Christmas and then refusing to refund?
@amandareed2571@FollowWestwood They aren’t even responding to messages anymore as know they have messed up. Just hope that a few people see these posts and ensure that they don’t buy from them. Planning credit card chargeback as know that getting refund from them will be equally bleak.
@amandareed2571@FollowWestwood Yes, that’s the correct number. Please be warned, it will likely infuriate you even more by speaking to them. The previous agents that I’ve spoken to followed a script and wouldn’t answer any questions. My one this morning went rogue and made clear it’s a total shit show.

@FollowWestwood Presumably you are supporting ‘Buy Less’ by not fulfilling my order and failing to offer any customer service. Looking across all of your social media it looks like we are one of many very disappointed and disillusioned customers ?
