@TPEassist Hello there, trying to get to Selby. Been told by station staff there is a coach on the way but they don't know how long it'll take or where it's coming from. Don't suppose you've any more info?
@LNER staff at Kings Cross were exceptional handling cancellations this morning. Polite, as helpful as possible, firm where necessary but never rude. Staff on overcrowded trains also working hard to keep everyone as comfortable as possible. Really good job all round.
@northernassist Staff member at the station tells me that bus left Hull empty because nobody bothered to mention to passengers or station staff that there was a bus going so, y'know, the saga continues.
@nationalrailenq That's great @northernassist supposedly you had a bus for me to get home on fifteen minutes ago but there was no announcement or information from the station staff so what's going on?
@northernassist The 16:15 never left Hull and has been cancelled now. Can Northern provide any alternative means of transport? Buses or taxi reimbursement?
On the stag do of one of my friends from London. The father of the bride is that weird combo of someone who's a bit of a geezer but has done well for himself. He referred to his bottle of Sauvignon Blanc as "Savvy B". I love it.
