@SHGM @TurkishAirlines I wonder which other airlines would refuse to answer a passenger's query on their rights and choose to delete all relevant history and refuse to comment any further instead?

@SHGM @TurkishAirlines I know my rights. I read the relevant documents. I fight for my rights. I ask for an apology and compensation. But what do I get? I get blocked out. I get my correspondences ignored and deleted. Is this the standard of service that one can expect from the flag carrier of Türkiye?
