I believe if this laws are strongly enforced, GBV can be combacted

@wipfng @womenfundng Laws like the Violence Against Persons Prohibition (VAPP) Act, Child Rights Act, and Criminal Code amendments offer protection. However, enforcement is weak due to poor awareness, stigma, and cultural resistance. More grassroots education and legal support are needed.
