Based on what I know. This has nothing to do with Milei. It was done based on local court order on a long standing land dispute and provincial government is in incharge of evicting these folks. The provincial government is not in alliance with Javier Milei or anything. Folks are trying to bring random angle to make it like Milei is doing it. He is not a dictator. Argentina runs on federalism. He can’t control provincial government and its decisions.

"Free transportation" is a waste of taxpayers money. Could have been spent on better roads, more buses, building metro and other needed infrastructure. People are perfectly capable of paying for their own safe transportation; taxpayers shouldn’t be forced to subsidise everyone’s discretionary travel.
