@gbatuyong @PixelFilmStudio It was resolved. I had to create a folder named ‘Plug-Ins’ in Macintosh HD library and then another folder called ‘FxPlug’ in the Plug-Ins folder. Re down load the pack and re install it 👍🏽 let me know if this works.

@PixelFilmStudio I’m having issues with kinetic mega pack on latest version of FCPX (10.4.9). Red matte screen shows on all titles. I’ve tried to reinstall several times and no luck. Any advice please?

@NAB I am currently in the UK and I am trying to speak with someone from nab but it’s impossible. Every number I try either does not exist anymore or there is no answer even if it’s supposed to be 24/7! Please helppppppoo

@ola_supports hey Ola, I’ve just seen in my emails that you charged a $10 cancellation fee for a taxi that never even turned up!? The driver even called me to ask me to cancel it my end because he was far away but I asked that he pick us up and then he canceled!! #refundplz

@ola_supports ola is charging me $10 for waiting over 20 minutes for a taxi!! They’re claiming my taxi waited for me but I was on a very obvious road that no taxi went down so it’s s lie!! Until today I started to use Uber but now it’s all just a a pain!!!!

So I’ve been told twice by Two different Apple agents that my Macbook is covered under the keyboard service program...great! Not great, now they are telling me it can’t be fixed!! I need a resolution as this is costing me time and money! #CustomerServiceWeek2018 @AppleSupport

@AppleSupport My Mac is with an authorised Apple provider atm however they are advising me it can’t be fixed as my MacBook was not bought directly via Apple. This does not take away the fact it’s a manufacture issue and it’s an issue Apple have acknowledged happens with my model.

@AppleSupport Some keys do not press consistently (space bar, esc, delete a few letters). I have tried this method and the issue still remains. I’ve discovered my model as well as other models have a design flaw in the keyboards right? I desperately need my Mac for editing work!!!
