I visited Hermanus after 3 years and was extremely impressed with the new shopping mall, new tourism attractions, restaurants and cleanliness of the town but when I went into the informal area it was disgusting. why cant the local authority look after the local people.

@muscleforlife Hi Mike. It look like that it's in my DNA that dont allow me to pick up weight. my height is 1.72m andvmy weight is 70kg. I am over 60 and would like to pick up 5kg more. Nit much muscle left. I believe that I eat healthy and dont touch take away foods. plus I do walk often
