🏆 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 🏆

Tamworth FC Academy U19’s have been crowned champions of their National League Youth Alliance Regional Division with two games left to play after an emphatic win against Redditch United FC this afternoon. 🏆

It’s truly amazing to see how far the academy has come this season and this is another piece of silverware to show for it on top of the title the U23’s won a few weeks back, a huge congratulations to our U19’s squad. 👏

Tim Dudding - “I’m incredibly proud of the boys. They’ve shown maturity beyond their years all throughout this season and them being crowned champions just shows for that. Winning a title at this level isn’t just about lifting silverware, it’s about developing future professionals and leaders, and if these boys keep working the way they have, the future is very bright for them.” 🗣️

Tamworth Football Club are delighted to announce that Charlie Edge has signed first-team papers with the Lambs, another player to do so from our academy. 🖊️

The academy graduate has also signed dual-registration papers with @themikesfc to help further progress his development at a senior level. 📝

Charlie has played a huge part in our academy success, working his way up the ranks as a scholar through the U19’s and U23’s. Edge most recently captained the U23’s side to their title win just under a month ago and was involved in the first team in the Birmingham Senior Challenge Cup Quarter-Final tie against Solihull Moors FC. 📈
