GraphAI | Week 1 Recap & Community Update
It’s been a landmark first week for the GraphAI ecosystem. Here’s a quick summary of what we’ve accomplished together:
$GAI Token Launched on Aerodrome: The token is now live and tradable on Aerodrome, marking a major milestone for GraphAI’s utility-driven ecosystem.
12-Month Liquidity Lock: We’ve locked liquidity for a full year, reinforcing our long-term commitment and alignment with the community.
Ecosystem Token Locks: All ecosystem allocations have been locked, reflecting our trust-first approach and dedication to sustainable growth.
Introducing the Team: We’ve officially introduced the world-class builders behind GraphAI — engineers and researchers from Google, IBM, JPMorgan Chase, and leading Web3 ventures. Their expertise is powering the foundation of our Modular Composable Protocol.
Discord Now Live: Our community Discord is open and growing rapidly — we invite everyone to join the conversation, ask questions, and help shape the future of GraphAI.
Listed on CoinMarketCap & CoinGecko: $GAI can now be tracked on both CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko — making it easier than ever to follow our journey.
Coming Up:
Republic Distribution Begins: The first round of token distributions will be completed for contributors from our public sale on Republic.
Next Week:
Technical Roundup: We’ll release our first technical bulletin, offering a deep dive into the architecture and infrastructure powering GraphAI’s on-chain data querying engine.
Meet the Builders: Some of our core team members will share a more personal outlook on their vision for GraphAI — where it’s headed and why it matters.
First Community Spaces: We’ll host our first live Twitter Spaces — a chance to hear directly from the team and join the conversation in real-time.
Thank you for being part of our first chapter. We’re laying the foundations for something transformative — and this is only the beginning. Stay close, stay curious — the next wave of updates is just around the corner.
🚨 As the $GAI token sale has ended - Now it's time to understand more about Tokenomics and its Utilities.
$GAI is more than a token. It powers the GraphAI ecosystem through:
🔹 Governance
🔹 Staking & Node Rewards
🔹 Indexing Incentives
🔹 Community Curation
And with 69% reserved for fair launch, we’re keeping it as real as our data with No team tokens, No advisor allocations, and No unnecessary marketing spend.
Built for the builders. Owned by the community. $GAI fuels the AI-powered data layer for Web3.
Unpopular take:
What I'm writing here won't be viral and many will want to decline, due to the bullish vibes, but those who know me know that I care about people who follow me and always will remind them few things.
- Always cash out some profits. If you made $1m through an airdrop another $1m won't change as much as losing your the only $1m. Think about it.
- Don't be delusional, think about diversification, if you own 7 figs in crypto while nothing IRL this may be a good time for you to secure some of those profits into stocks/properties.
- You will get hacked. Quicker or later. If you think otherwise you're mindset is not suited for crypto. Use many ledgers, different devices and anyways get ready to be hacked/compromised. Try not to have single point of failure.
- If you have money, which could change your life multiple times, withdraw enough to change it once.
- Don't overuse leverage.
- Remember that Black Swan event may happen any minute, after that all of your favorite influencer will tell you they sold minutes before and you're stupid for holding.
That being said - $HYPE is superior asset and will go higher for longer, just don't risk your entire future on that, if I was sure I won't get hacked etc my trading/holdings would look totally different, but nothing is certain.
"CT used to be good, people used to share value"
What if I told you we can go back to that?
Here's a few things we can do to change the culture✍️
--
1) Engage with value when it appears. Give feedback to the chads who take time out and write stuff out for you.
Don't just bookmark and move on.
And try not to default to only engaging with jokes, memes, slop because it feeds back to even more of it (I'm guilty of posting a lot of crap the past year too, don't worry I know).
2) Try not to demonize people for getting shit wrong.
Especially if they have a proven track record over time.
They had the balls to share their ideas with you.
If you want them to keep sharing, maybe don't call them the worst trader ever when they go on a losing streak.
3) Perfectly calling bottoms is awesome, but understand it's still just one trade. The same way a 360 between-the-legs dunk and a layup are both 2 points.
There's no bonus money for style points in trading.
It's not what matters most, so stop judging people's skillset solely by their entry price on the PnL card. "He bought the bottom, she was bearish at the lows" Nobody cares.
This is a market, not a high school cafeteria popularity contest.
4) Understand that win rate is a meme. My lifetime win rate is around 50-60%, but my capital growth is over 100x since I started trading. I'm sure many of you are in similar boats. Some traders I know have a 90% win rate but bet smaller or take lower R setups. Some traders I know have a 20% win rate but can keep their losses small and run it up like you can't imagine when they're hot.
Adding to the last two; "public calls" as a indicator for competence is even worse.
- We all share ideas we may not trade.
- We all take trades we don't share.
- Don't judge someone off their "calls", judge them off their PnL curve.
5) Lastly, to the legends- try not to let the few bad apples get under your skin. There's tons of us who have learned from your guidance and wouldn't be here without you. <3
I was not paid a single cent by HyperLiquid.
I reached out on two occasions hoping to get some kind of partnership deal for all of the attention I was bringing them, and although they seemed thankful they don’t offer such deals to anyone. Which kinda makes sense considering their platform is decentralized etc and don’t operate like a normal exchange.
I made $34k through referrals on their platform. Which is extremely poor considering the number of sign ups and volume I generated. Their referral program sucks. Other platforms have far better.
IMO when @cz_binance launches a dark pool perps dex it will put an end to HyperLiquid.
CZ has the money, network, teams to build something like no other. Look at what he’s done with Binance.
I hope this encourages HyperLiquid to level up as they’ll soon be outweighed by better competition.
