Good result overall, being more selective with goal scorers and backing mostly midfielders and rucks to score has worked well.

Disposals frustrating at times but pretty happy with the reads for the most part except for the Adelaide and Hawthorn matches.

Totals printing as per usual, a few games with sizably negative CLV that won. Books/punters see rain and can't fathom the overs hitting it seems, which is great for us.

An average of 2.17 points per bet.

A max of 16 (!) points for the Collingwood v St Kilda game which was tipped at 168.5 and closing at 184.5. This one still lost with Pies parking the bus early, as per usual.

Fremantle v Richmond went -9 points, yet still won. Cyclone projections early in the week, yet cleared up nicely on the day. The ground was still very wet under foot, which rarely gets priced in in my opinion.

Books are usually looking at weather on the day, failing to account for ground conditions. Some grounds are better than others for runoff and drainage, so it pays to know the soil composition.
