@sophia_dawn_7_6 All of the above! Itโs a live LLM in the room with you. Catches everything being discussed, offering realtime context and relevant wuestions you may want to ask. Itโs the meeting cheat code!
@sofiegrey865 The beauty is, you donโt โaskโ Meeting Intelligence anything during the meeting. It listens, captures everything, and surfaces insights humans might otherwise miss. Humans still own the judgment. Give it a try and augment your meeting experience.
The world's moving fast. Move smarter.
Live AI that hands you the sharp question mid-meeting, catches every decision, and gets smarter every time you open it.
Be the sharpest person in every room. iPhone ยท iPad ยท Mac.
Out now ๐

@BjornL218 AI doesnโt replace expertise. It amplifies it.
The value isnโt in typing the notes. Itโs in capturing every detail, identifying what matters, connecting the dots, and ensuring nothing important gets missed.
Meetings just got a cheat code.
Live AI that hands you the sharp question, catches every decision, and gets smarter every time you open it.
God mode for the conference room. New look, out now ๐

Meeting Intelligence covers your meetings two ways:
โข Virtual meetings โ Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex, Feishu/Lark, and others โ are handled on Mac, where the app captures the meeting's system audio directly. Because it listens to the audio rather than integrating with each platform's API or joining as a bot, it works with essentially any platform automatically โ nothing to install on the meeting side, and no bot sitting in your call.
โข In-person meetings work on any device โ iPhone, iPad, or Mac โ capturing the conversation via the microphone for live analysis and a shareable summary.
Across all of it, speech-to-text runs on-device and audio is never uploaded โ only transcript text is sent for AI analysis, after an explicit consent prompt โ which keeps it privacy-preserving and IT-friendly.
A quick note on architecture: capturing audio from other apps (i.e., a virtual meeting) is a desktop capability, because iOS sandboxes audio between apps. So for platform-based meetings the Mac app is the hub, with iPhone and iPad covering in-person and on-the-go.
Corporate meetings are where good ideas go to die.
Meeting Intelligence is the rebellion.
It listens live, surfaces smarter questions, tracks decisions, remembers context, and gets sharper the longer you use it.
Stop taking notes.
Start changing the room.
Smash the status quo.

We killed the purple.
Massive Meeting Intelligence UI overhaul drops this week across Mac, iPhone, and iPad.
New icon. New colors. New energy. Same killer functionality.
Goodbye purple.
Hello sky. ๐โ๏ธ
@GsJyotiM We're dropping a massive update in the next day or two. We nailed the functionality already, but now we're putting some polish and refinement across the apps. Would be curious to hear feedback.
