👀 Resale housing inventory across Canada is still only 1/2 of what it was at the onset of the pandemic, but the past 2 months have seen the largest increase in listings since 2010. Expect this trend to continue
One month does not make a trend, but Toronto just saw the largest increase in MLS resale inventory from Jan-Feb in at least 15 yrs...and not just in % terms. Inventory rose by 2,800 from Jan-Feb, double the typical monthly build for this time of year. Something to 👀
